methods of zipper quality
Fabric strip: dyed in uniform colors, soft, upright or plane, in a
wave shape, without spots or scars.
Tooth: flat and slippery surface, flexible when drawing, without soufflé.

drawing head: self-locking drawing head is very easy to operate and
fixed.
Stick cloth: tightly attached to the fabric strip, ahrd to rupture
and drop.
Diamonds, bolts: interluding freely, tightly solidifying the fabric
strip.

a、The top must tightly attach to the first tooth ( metal, nylon),
but the distance should not surpass 1mm.
b、The bottom should attach tightly to the teeth or grip at the upper
side, and it should be solid and perfect.
B.key clue on zipper purchase
Which products should the zippers be attached to ( like cases, shoes,
skeeing suits, raincoats, tents, jeans etc) or if there are any
special requirements.
Any requirements on zipper composite state that there should not
be any azo , nickel or inspecting needle.
C、permitted tolerance on zipper length
Tolerance is inevitable in the course of zipper production due to
speed inertia. The longer the zipper is, the larger the tolerance
will be.
